The air-bubble film is made from LDPE film by driving through heated non-stick rolls, followed by vacuum forming and with a heat lamination.

Environment protection:

The basic material of the air-bubble film is a low-density polyethene wich does not content any material making harm to the environment directly. It is non-toxic, neutral. During its recycling even with its perfect combustion no poisoning compounds are emitted into the air.

Advantageous properties:

Good heat-insulation, non-sensitive against changing of temperature(-40°C to +80°C), min. permeability of steam and air, very good steam-stealing, chemically resistant, flexible, nice padding, soft protecting packaging material, additive (UV, anti-fogging, antistatic), environmentally friendly, suitable for a full recycling.
